After Effects Artist / Video Editor
CONTRACT AFTER EFFECTS ARTIST / VIDEO EDITOR REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY

Bright Light, an EA Studio located in Guildford, Surrey has an opening for highly experienced After Effects Artists to work within our internal video team and alongside our internal development team on two new original projects.
The contracts start early August 2010 for 3-5 weeks plus future contract may also be available.
The successful candidate must have excellent video editing and effects skills with a good knowledge of graphic design.
They should be able to demonstrate experience in all aspects of video editing and cinematic production.
Rates are dependent upon experience and knowledge.
Skills and software packages needed:
• Strong, demonstrable Final Cut editing skills
• Strong, demonstrable After Effects skills to expert level with extensive experience
• Ability to work to strict art style using reference material, while able to innovate the technology and tools available
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in working in videogames, TV and film supported by a professional showreel
• Good command of the English language
• Knowledge of art direction, sound editing and experience with localised materials advantageous
• Awareness of current videogame culture and style advantageous
