Job description
As Advertising Producer, you will lead our advertising department. With experience in advertisement production, we anticipate you to lead the agency, working with existing clients as well as bringing in new clients.

Duties include:
- To lead the current and future strategies for our advertisement department and products.
- Responsible for all aspects of producing television or internet advertising.
- Responsible for drawing up advertising schedules, communications collateral andestimating costs.
- Maintaining a budget, negotiating contracts, supervising production staff, andensuring the happiness of the client.
- Helping to examine scripts, attachments or program ideas for each project. Collaborate with all members of the team, in all processes of the production (e.g. Pre, production, and post production). Ensuring that the end product meets the clients expectations.
- Hiring crews and contractors, securing notable attachments and negotiating rates of pay.
- Negotiating costs and approving the booking of resources, equipment and suppliers.
- Overseeing location bookings + arranging any necessary permissions and risk assessments.
- Ensuring insurance, health and safety rules, copyright laws and union agreements are followed through.
- Support the management team.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in creating advertisements.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in any other area of media production.
- Good understanding of budget management.
- Thorough and pays attention to detail.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Ability to concisely communicate in written and visual communications.
- Flexible and open to change.
- Patience and ability to remain calm in complex environments.

Contracted role (min 6 months)
Part time with the potential to go to full time
Hours 9am-6pm (with some flexibility)

Wage
Competitive rates, and will be DOE + commission and success fees.
