We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and tech-savvy Assistant to join our team. This role is hybrid: 3 days in our De Beauvoir Block office, 2 days remote. The focus will be to support the team with administrative tasks, project organisation, and CRM/data management. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, flexible, detail-oriented, and full of energy.Essential requirements * Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail * Tech-savvy, confident using Google Workspace, Slack, Trello and similar tools * Experience working with data and maintaining systems such as CRMs and databases (e.g., Tagmin, HubSpot), as well as spreadsheets and other organisational tools * Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines * Positive attitude, collaborative energy and flexibility to support where neededKey responsibilities * General administrative support for Agents and the wider team (sending avail checks, scripts, scheduling meetings, etc) * Supporting with client information: updating CVs, bios, web pages, and project details * Social Media Management (writing and scheduling newspieces) * Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring accurate data entry * Assisting with contracts, deal memos, invoicing, and tracking client projects * Helping with occasional events, screenings, or award shows and festivals (as needed) * Supporting other ad-hoc requests from Agents and the Operations teamHow to applyIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please send your CV along with a few lines on what drew you to this role.
