Accounts & Operations Coordinator at Media Tech FirmThis innovative media tech company is making waves in the film production and media world, and they are looking for a bright and proactive individual to join their growing team in an Accounts and Operations Coordinator role. Their network is extensive and as well as making content for clients, they also help provide talent for their client's productions and shoots. The talent arm of the business generates a large amount of finance operations and administration and so this role is primarily working as part of the talent team and running the background operations. As a result, the role requires someone who is process obsessed and able to juggle workloads. The rapid growth and success of the technology means the team work at an extremely fast pace. You will need to stay abreast of all the different talent contracts and, for example, know what invoices need chasing or what payments are outstanding and flag any discrepancy or figures that are not adding up etc. They want someone who isn't afraid to take ownership and who will be accountable, as well as willing to implement new systems or suggest ways to run things more efficiently. There is external support in terms of an accountancy firm and bookkeeper but this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a role they can make their own and a company they can grow with.Duties will include but not be limited to:• Generating invoices• Setting up and making payments• Working closely with the accountant and bookkeeper• Reporting on business financial operations• Chasing up payments• Setting up and sending out contracts• Administration tasksIdeally the right candidate will have had exposure to working within either the recruitment, media, digital or production world, and have exposure to finance or accounts administration. You must be confident in Excel, personable, proactive and enjoy the pace of a start-up company!Salary circa £28kLocation - West London
