Lupus Films are looking for a personable, articulate Accounts Coordinator who has experience of working in the film and entertainment industries. The role is temporary on a 6 month basis, working part time 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday), with an immediate start. The salary offered will be based on previous experience. The candidate for this role will be required to do the following:• Various external government funded Audits; collating the relevant supporting documents and completing any required forms. • Help set up the company's Pension Auto-enrolment scheme.• Assisting the Production Accountant with daily duties.• Keeping track of multi-production invoicing schedules.• Working with production Cashflows, Budgets and Cost Managers. The candidate is required to have the following skills:• Proficient in both Sage Accounts Line 50 and MS Excel.• Due to the reporting requirements the candidate needs to have a good attention to detail• Working knowledge of payroll.• Enjoys working in a small team.
