Job Description
The main purpose of this role will be to service a key client and provide them with concepts, briefs and timelines in accordance with the clients' specifications. In doing so, you will manage a Production Manager and team of Designers to deliver the online work to the highest standard, within budget and agreed deadlines. The success of the role will be measured on specific deliverables including retention of business, customer satisfaction and fulfilment of the agreed client brief meeting the clients' and Prism-e's standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop concepts, write briefs and deliver time lines in accordance with the clients' specifications.
· Ensure each project complies with clients' business requirements.
· Work with the Production Manager to ensure that each project meets the budget and time lines agreed.
· Quality check the delivery of each project.
· Brief Production Manager and Designers on each project.
· Drive the excellence of the Production Manager and design team to provide creative work of the highest standard.
· Proofing and QA testing.
· Overall management of a production team to include a Production Manager, Designers, Production Service Provider, Advanced programmer and Database administrator.
· Make daily contact with the client.
· Ensure delivery of a case study CD to the client.

Requirement
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 4-5 years commercial experience with a good knowledge of online marketing and development. You will need to be an excellent leader with a burning desire for results. You will be asked to consistently exceed expectations and have a proven experience of managing a team. Understanding of Flash, PHP programming and the general capabilities of the web are essential.
