Our services include: B-Roll/ VNR (for TV and online) and A-Roll (for online media) production and distribution, corporate and creative video Production, Radio Days - from our broadcast studio at the Press Association, PR Photography and Media Training for company spokespeople. For more details, please visit www.tnrcommunications.co.uk We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, preferably with a broadcast / digital PR background to take on the role of TNR's Media Relations Consultant, to join our growing team and take on responsibility for TNR's media relations, digital seeding and social media outreach. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy the fast-paced and demanding environment of an ambitious media company. Flexibility on working hours and willingness to work unusual hours or on weekends is essential. Key responsibilities and tasks will include: Writing TV / Online and Radio advisories (based on client's PR press release)Ensuring TNR's database of media contacts is up to dateDeveloping and nurturing key broadcast and online media relationships'Selling-in' stories to TV, online and radio producers / news desk when requiredManaging sell-in team on a project by project basisKeeping an up to date rosta of excellent freelance media relations staffKeeping up to date with social media and seeding platforms and managing partner relationsLiaising with the Head of Production to manage a demanding production scheduleAs Account Manager - Media Relations, you will have:Solid and proven press, media and communications or PR background.Strong written communications.Ability to develop strong working partnerships and excellent networking skills.Creativity and innovation.Capable of working autonomously but also as part of a team.Ability to set and meet targets.Applicants must have media relations experience. A proven track record working in a news and / or broadcast PR environment is essential.
