Key Responsibilities

Animation Development: Transform still images and design concepts into high-quality animations, showcasing our bespoke vehicles and luxury brand identity.
3D Content Creation: Design, model, and animate 3D elements for use in marketing campaigns, social media, and presentations.
Visual Storytelling: Bring our brand and products to life through captivating motion graphics and visual narratives.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with our design, marketing, and creative teams to develop innovative motion content aligned with brand goals.
Technical Mastery: Use advanced rendering techniques to produce polished, photo-realistic animations.
Independent Execution: Manage your own projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Feedback & Refinement: Respond to creative feedback and implement adjustments to improve the quality and impact of your work.
Skills and Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D motion design, animation, or a related field.
Portfolio/Showreel: A compelling portfolio or showreel showcasing your best 3D motion design work, including automotive, luxury, or high-end brand projects (preferred).
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in:
Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D animation software
Photoshop and Illustrator for design integration
Rendering engines such as Octane or Redshift
Creative Excellence: Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail, with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visual designs.
Self-Sufficiency: Highly organized and capable of working independently to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting ideas and collaborating with team members.
Passion for Automotive Design: A genuine interest in luxury vehicles and automotive aesthetics is highly desirable.
