PitStop are looking for a talented freelance 3D character animator to support the core team and work on an established IP in the entertainment sector.

Applicants should able to demonstrate a solid understanding of animation principles.

Awareness of the whole animation pipe-line is advantageous ( shaders, rigging, rendering etc).

This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to further their career working with a multi skilled team on an IP that is hugely successful.

Essential experience and skills:
- A strong portfolio of 3D character work
- Experience using Maya
- The ability to work to a style guide
- Sculpting skills with zbrush advantageous, but not essential
- Efficient organisational and file management skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive team attitude

Location:
Successful applicants must be able to travel to the PitStop Productions studio in South Yorkshire for work - Working hours are 9.30am-6pm weekdays.

Applicants should be broadly available from the end of November to mid-February - exact dates tbc.
