You're calm under pressure, mature in difficult situations, and a problem solver both in your work and when work isn't going to plan. In short you're a professional grown up - excellent at your craft, and a solid team player for what will be an expansive team.This role is fully remote but limited to candidates based in the UK.**Please note that you must have experience with both 2D and 3D design.RequirementsEssential Skills:Proven experience in an animation studio, production company or advertising environmentArt theory basics is a requirement i.e.: composition and colour theoryA strong portfolio, with examples of great 2D & 3D animation/motion graphic executions across a number of different channelsExcellent skills in the Adobe package, with an emphasis on After EffectsExcellent skills in storytelling and editingA love and understanding of mobile games, and gaming cultureExperience leading and motivating small teams of creativesGreat attention to detail - quality controlling content to ensure it is consistent in style, quality, and toneA standout creative who can adapt quickly to business needsExperience motivating creatives working alongside themBonus Skills:Experienced in typography and graphic designGood illustration skillsSocial media savvyExperience in the production of content for user acquisitionAttitude & Communication:You must be:+ Super organised and professional+ A good communicator+ Proactive - going the extra mile to get things done+ Excellent time and project management skills+ Impeccable attention to detail*Please ensure you include a link to your portfolio when applying for this position.You may have worked in the following capacities:Motion Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, Video Design, AnimationBenefits+ Named in Campaign Magazine's Best Places to Work 5 years running +Remote working predominantlyPrivate Healthcare & Life Insurance, 25 Days+ Holiday, Team Minibreaks, Regular SocialsCulture: Open, Engaged & Inspirational Culture
