Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to craft and develop 2D & 3D creative solutions that are designed to meet and where appropriate, exceed the expectations of a client within the time allocated and deadline.

Key Accountabilities

- Develop concepts using the appropriate CGI technologies based on your understanding of a client's brief and from any direction given by the Creative Director or your line manager.
- Complete each stage of the 2D & 3D CGI process including modelling, lighting, shading, texturing, animation, compositing and seek feedback at each stage when required and adjust or refresh your work should this be necessary.
- Diagnose and resolve any technical issues or challenges during the design process escalating them to your line manager should this be necessary.
- Update and maintain knowledge of technological innovations, developments and applications in order to enhance your technical expertise and raise the standard of the work you produce.
- Understand and research the clients you design for in order to align your output more closely to their brand, vision and values.
- Build and maintain effective and productive working relationships with both colleagues and third parties where appropriate.

Required Experience/Skills

- Significant and in-depth experience of CGI technologies in all their creative applications.
- Skilled user of CGI and other digital creative technologies including Cinema 4D with Redshift & Adobe Creative Suite. Also where possible Maya, X-Particles & Adobe Substance with willingness to learn Unreal Engine.
- Passionate about creative technologies and has demonstrated how this has been used to improve the technological and creative capacity of a business.
