Whitelist

As a member of ProductionBase we will send you regular emails to your primary login email address as well as your private PB inbox.

All of your payments are processed by Worldpay, our online banking service, so they will send you emails concerning payments and changes to your account status.

The email addresses that you may wish to ‘whitelist’ are:

Please follow the relevant steps below. By carrying out these actions your ISP will know that you do want to receive our emails and they are not spam. The details for each ISP are listed below. If your ISP is not listed, please take the steps to add us to your address book or safelist. If in doubt, email PB customer services on info@productionbase.co.uk

Hotmail / MSN
  1. Once signed in, click on 'options' in the top right of your screen
  2. On the left hand side of the page, select the 'contacts' tab
  3. Click on the 'safe list'
  4. Type the address above in the 'type an address or domain name' box, and then click 'add'
Outlook
  1. Open our email containing the address you want to add
  2. Right click on the address in the 'from' field
  3. Select 'add to contacts'
  4. Enter any information you wish on the address card and click 'save and close'
Gmail
  1. From your GMail inbox, click on 'contacts' on the left hand side
  2. Click on 'create contact'
  3. Type the above address in the 'primary email' box
  4. Then click 'save'
Yahoo Mail/BT Internet
  1. Open your Yahoo mailbox
  2. Click on 'options' in the top right of your screen
  3. Click on 'filters'
  4. Next, click 'add' under the filter section
  5. Under 'if all of the following are true' in the top row, labelled 'from header', make sure 'contacts' is selected in the pull-down menu
  6. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu and enter the address above
  7. At the bottom, where it says 'move the message to', select 'inbox' from the pull-down menu
  8. Click the 'add filter' button again
AOL
  1. Open our email containing the address you want to add
  2. Click our email address (info@productionbase.co.uk) in the 'from' field
  3. Select 'add to address book' in the 'info' window
  4. Enter any information you may wish in the address card and click 'save'
