Position Overview:

As a Video Producer at CASA, your role will encompass various responsibilities to deliver exceptional corporate/commercial branded video content for our clients. The ideal candidate will be committed to being part of the Casa Creative growth in the coming years.

You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of video projects, ensuring high-quality results that align with our client's visions. Collaboration and effective communication will be key as you work closely with clients and team members to bring concepts to life.

Your main responsibility will be to provide amazing work for our regular corporate clients.



Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate video projects, from concept development to final delivery.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into creative video concepts.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of production, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
Direct on-camera talent and crew during shoots to capture the desired footage.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Implement feedback from clients and team members to achieve the desired video outcome.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance video quality and storytelling.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively.
Collaborate with team members, including editors and designers, to achieve cohesive results.


Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visuals.
Able to collaborate with other skillsets effectively and brief freelancers well.
Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
Proficiency in video production tools and software for editing and post-production.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality and error-free video content.
Creative thinking to develop unique concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Strong organisational skills to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Adaptability to handle unexpected changes and challenges during productions.
Understanding of brand messaging and the ability to align videos with client objectives.
Problem-solving mindset to address issues that arise during filming and editing.
Technical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot video equipment and Adobe software to a basic level.


Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as producer, with a track record of delivering compelling and impactful video content. This experience should encompass all stages of video production, from pre-production planning to shooting, editing, and final delivery. Previous experience of working with FTSE 100/250 or multi-national companies is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:
Annual Salary: £37,000 - £42,000, commensurate with experience.
Performance-related bonus.
28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
