We are looking for a Producer / Video Editor to join our team.

WHO WE NEED

A creative and fast-thinking Producer / Video Editor to help us make first-class content for our clients. Our company is growing, and we're looking for someone to help strengthen our delivery to high-profile sports and broadcast partners in 2024.

The right person will have:

A genuine passion and knowledge for all things sport - especially football and motorsport
A strong interest in video, sports & childrens content
Experience of managing staff or leading teams
Leading and delivering client-facing projects
Solid Premiere Pro edit skills & working knowledge of Adobe Suite
Experience in short-form & fast-turnaround content
Brilliant creative & storytelling and scriptwriting
Top organisation & communication skills
Passion to learn & develop
Flexibility to work on and around live event schedules
Ability to travel as required

You'll receive plenty of direction and feedback, but will need to be able to manage your own time and problem-solve around creative and technical challenges as they arise.

We have a hybrid working model, with time every week spent in our office in New Mills. As we work on live events there will be times when evening/weekend work and travelling away from home will be required, but we'll always seek to give you the best opportunities to grow and develop your skills and encourage a healthy work/life balance.

THE ROLE

Job Title: Producer / Video Editor
Pay: £39,780-£42,000 per annum depending on experience
Contract: 1-year FTC (full-time)
