As our Workflow Wrangler you will advise clients and post production staff members on the most effective and efficient workflows, whether file or tape based. Developing, testing and implementing workflows, you will amend and update these as changes occur whilst providing training to the relevant operational staff. You will attend client technical planning meetings to advise on the advantages and disadvantages of specific camera formats and the impact this has on workflows/timeframes. You will also document and distribute each programmes' workflow and manage accurate logs of server storage.

We are looking for someone with proven experience of working within a post production facility in an operational capacity, particularly involving file based material. With a thorough understanding of workflow in a desktop and server environment, you will have knowledge of post production techniques such as editing and post production sound. You will have knowledge of IT applications (preferably AVID and Cinegy systems), particularly in relation to broadcast applications such as file transfers. You will also have comprehensive and up to date knowledge and understanding of broadcast television principles. Familiar with server based products and storage/back-up devices, you will have experience of working within a fast paced and highly creative environment. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work outside normal office hours.
