Job Description

As a Videographer, you will be responsible for coming up with ideas, capturing & editing compelling films that meet our clients' objectives, exceed their expectations, and pushes our company's creativity further. You will be creative and ambitious, with a desire to ideate and direct your own films.

You have:

A Full UK Driving License & valid passport
Good command of both written and spoken English

Skillset:

Expert in Camera Operation & Videography
Maturity in dealing with a range of clients, and understanding their importance to the business.
A Complete understanding of Premiere Pro
A Basic knowledge of After Effects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a busy, deadline-oriented setting
The skills and ambition to lead & direct projects

Responsibilities would include:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts and storyboards.
Plan and execute video shoots, setting up equipment and shooting required footage either as part of a crew of two or more.
Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment
Edit footage using premiere pro.
Work closely with the wider studio team to incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in videography and video editing.
Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring proper functionality and organisation.

You must be willing to get involved with every stage of the production process, while working closely with the team and client. This is a client-facing role, where you will be required to attend meetings, discuss projects with clients, and confidently propose your creative ideas. We are a small core team and joining us means becoming an integral part of the company.

Studio Location: 10 Netherconesford, Norwich, NR1 1PW
Flexible working: 3 days in the office minimum, per week. Due to the nature of this job there will be times where you need to be in the studio or away on location, and sometimes work outside of normal hours.
Starting Salary: £23-26k/per annum (DOE).
Full time, 40 hours per week
Leave: 31 days (inc public holidays)

This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate videographer to join a close knit team, where you can have the freedom to be creative and work on a huge range of projects for our fantastic clients.
