Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW
EA is looking for an experienced VFX Artist with demonstrable experience in the pre-visualisation, simulation and rendering of effects in the film/TV or games industry to assist the development teams in creating stunning VFX for the next Harry Potter game. The contract starts at the beginning of March 2010 for 7 months.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Excellent Maya/High-End 3D VFX skills including particle and fluid simulations and rendering
•Excellent Maya technical skills; particularly scripting and particle expressions
•Good analytical problem solving and communication skills
•Experience of Adobe After Effects an advantage
•Experience of next generation games development an advantage; in particular vfx, shaders and texture map creation
