The Role
We are currently looking for freelancers to join their Broadcast Transmissions team on an ad hoc basis in order to build up a talent pool that we can call upon during busy periods.

We are looking for candidates with previous professional or educational experience in Transmissions/MCR, Video Ingest and Satellites, who have the ability and knowledge of evaluating incoming Audio/Video signal quality at the point of production and transmission. Setting up guests and reporters (checking Framing, Mics, Video/Audio), File recordings and quality checks, plus effective team players with a ability to multi task under pressure, troubleshoot and manage time effectively.

Requirements:
* Ability and desire to learn and picks up new systems quickly
* Expereience of TV and a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and large workloads.
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
* If successful you will be required to work a variety of shifts covering days, nights and weekends.
