Overview:

Technicians are responsible for the preparation, testing, front line maintenance, delivery and collection of our broadcast equipment. The role specializes in video, lighting and audio.
Progression comes in the form of location work either assisting qualified crew or constructing and operating equipment on which they are trained to use.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Following hire check out and check in procedures
Delivering and collecting equipment
Communicating with the Technical Manager and Bookings department regarding any issues or shortages
Keeping the company vehicles in a presentable state, cleaning and basic maintenance as required
Helping with the smooth running of the kitroom, keeping it presentable at all times
Equipment maintenance and cleaning
Being a point of contact for technical queries
Being part of a rota for weekends and out of hours work
Upholding the company values at all times
Any other roles as deemed appropriate from time to time
