The JobWe are looking for a trainee Project Manager in our Manchester office with an immediate start date. The main purpose of this job role is the efficient booking of translation, localisation and foreign & studio in a cost effective way. The role is full time. The PersonWe're looking for an enthusiastic team player who can juggle numerous projects with confidence. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Manchester Based- Taking bookings from the sales team & sending voices samples for approval- Liaising with voice talent regarding availability- Negotiating fees with translators & voices- Prioritising & managing multiple bookings & organising the studio time appropriately.- Using booking software (Agent Arrange) & utilising general IT packages, Microsoft office and Outlook.- Build strong relationships with our voices- Be confident and persuasive- Follow processes & have attention to detail Education and Experience- TV, video production, radio advertising or post production knowledge (an advantage)- Experience in a co-ordinating role would be desirable but not essential- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own time- Ability to work under pressure- Sound knowledge of MS packages (mainly Word & Excel)- Confident communicator - both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail- familiarity of or interest in languages (an advantage)Key Competencies- Ability to solve practical problems- Confident communicator- Good planning and organising skills- Friendly, sincere & professional- Ability to learn on the job- Passion for the media- Persuasive and articulate- Proactive approach to work- Team player Reporting to the Operations Manager, Manchester. Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
