Job Description

We are a medical marketing company seeking a production coordinator, who can manage several projects during a very busy period, and whilst working in a very corporate environment with it's own pressures and processes.

The fortnight will cover the current Production Manager's time out of office, and will namely be to ensure that the video work already established is delivered on-time following a schedule that is already in existence. It will also involve liaising with foreign suppliers to ensure that two large projects to be shot in September/October are on-schedule for when she returns to work. 

It is important that candidates are able to manage several projects at once, some of which will be worked on by external suppliers, and have a working knowledge of corporate/client ways of working.
 
It is also important that the candidate is local to Worthing, or willing to travel the distance within the daily rate allowed.
