Job Description

We are looking for someone to help manage our training programmes and agency work. The ideal candidate will understand production and will have worked as a senior production co-ordinator or junior production manager or maybe as a PD. They will need to be exceptionally efficient, with a good ability to plan ahead and a capacity to cope with a permanently heavy workload. A sales background would be a bonus but a persuasive personality with a postive approach to the realities of life in a small business would suffice. There will be some Saturday morning work involved (maybe one in four ). Skills needed include good excel and general computer skills and top level organisational skills. The role is largely office based. Duties on the training side will involve planning and marketing training schedules, booking up and co-ordinating courses, researching and devising new courses and liaising with course tutors. On the agency side duties will involve running regular availability checks on clients and liaising with Execs about suitable candidates for their productions. The ideal candidate will have good judgment and confidence in dealing with often very senior TV personnel. For the right candidate the job offers real potential.
