The Studio Runner assists the Studio Manager and Production Team by working behind the scenes and do any small jobs and basic tasks necessary to help the studio production run smoothly.Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;Helping out wherever needed across the studio and from time to time on production locationsDealing with varied office admin tasks including answering phones, dealing with post, data entry, running errands, issuing production paperwork, photocopying.Assisting the Studio Manager with arranging team lunches, events and special occasions such as birthdays, leaving drinks etcAssisting the Studio Manager with ensuring the office is clean and tidy at all times.Keeping all the meeting rooms and kitchen areas clean and tidy throughout the day, distributing food and drinks (Birthday cakes, beers) to the relevant places in the two buildings, keeping all food and drinks fully stocked and ensuring client lunches and drinks are cleared away.Reception. One day per week you may be required to help cover reception. This is an important role in the business as you'll be offering every client and visitor a warm welcome.Lifting and shifting; You will be required to move anything from heavy boxes to helping take out the recycling.Assisting I.T on occasion with removing boxes, office moves, desks and purchasing.Dealing with a range jobs on location including assisting the Producer with running errands, issuing and handling production paperwork, purchasing, and managing props.About you... Energetic ,enthusiastic, flexible and well organisedYou are able to problem solve and think on your feetFantastic written and verbal communication skillsYou are happy to take direction from those managing studio and production environments.Be punctualYou are able to work calmly and effectively under pressureOutstanding organisational, I.T and administrative skills.You are self motivated and able to work reliably without supervisionDemonstrate a strong willingness to learnAn entry level knowledge of relevant health and safety laws and procedures (Training will be provided).Qualifications & ExperienceNo experience required, but is beneficial.A strong willingness to learn, and passion for the work we do is essential.
