Social Media Manager

London

Fulwell 73's UK office seeks a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for the overall strategy, management, and growth of Fulwell's social channels and website. You will also be in charge of maintaining and organizing our asset management system. You will work on building our brand's digital presence by crafting tailored content for various platforms, overseeing our content calendar, analyzing social media performance through detailed reports, supporting multimedia projects, and maintaining dynamic engagement with our community by fostering strong relationships with fans and industry professionals through social channels. You will support the communications team by attending PR meetings and collaborating closely with our U.S. Manager of Communications and Brand Management to ensure cohesive, brand-aligned content and assist daily with transatlantic communications.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:
Regularly post content that is both relevant and trending across Fulwell's social media channels, engaging actively with the audience through comments, direct messages, tags, and reposts. This may include attending screenings and events to gather content.

Brand Strategy Execution:
Utilize social media marketing tools effectively to build and sustain the company's brand presence.

Campaign Development:
Collaborate with our U.S. based Communications Manager to design and implement targeted social media marketing campaigns.

Community Engagement:
Foster meaningful connections with fans and industry professionals through direct interactions, such as DMs, story reposts, and tagging.

Performance Analysis and KPI Management:
Analyze and assess the company's digital and social media strategies to identify improvement areas, recommending actionable improvements via weekly and monthly analytics
reports. Set and monitor specific engagement and develop KPIs to evaluate campaign success.

Trend Monitoring:
Stay ahead of social media trends across all platforms,
advising management on significant changes that could impact marketing strategies.

Support Transatlantic Communications:
Ensuring cohesive messaging and brand unity across continents you will closely work with the PR and
communication teams and assist with tasks as they arise including but not limited to award tracking and submissions.

Creativity:
You are proficient in design tools including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom, to craft original graphics tailored for diverse social channels. Your proficiency extends to adept photo editing and color correction, ensuring all visuals seamlessly align with the brand's aesthetic
and narrative.

Asset management:
In charge and responsible of uploading and maintaining assets management systems.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven social media management experience in entertainment to effectively engage and grow audiences.
Knowledge and passion in the film and TV industry for relevant, engaging
content creation.
Skilled in analytics and tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics for data-driven strategies.
Strong copywriting and design abilities for compelling, visually appealing
posts.
Experience in social media advertising and budgeting to optimize paid campaigns communications and brand management.
Ability to collaborate across marketing, PR, and creative teams for unified
messaging.
Crisis management expertise to handle feedback and PR issues.
Team player
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Studies or related subjects for a solid base in marketing and media.
