JOB PURPOSE
To monitor and quality check the audio configurations and levels for every sporting event we provide. This will involve working on up to five languages per event, ensuring that each one is correctly sent to the client, taking into account each client's requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor all key systems using the tools provided and follow procedures when they arise
Monitor all live event outputs, quality check all of the incoming and outgoing audio signals
Ensure that the correct event is routed into the correct booth for each of the five languages simultaneously
Monitor and ensure the audio levels for each commentator are correct and configured correctly
Operating router switcher and ensuring in-house clients requirements are met. This includes correct configuration and operation of equipment
Ensure that appropriate support processes and procedures in are in place and adhered to

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIREDExcellent communication skills
Keen interest in sound engineering, audio visual, and sports broadcasting desirable
Languages skills would be beneficial
Experience of working in a Broadcast Operations environment particularly a Live Control Room
Must be able to work as part of a team
Experience in managing a small team
Highly organised and able to work under pressure
Flexibility with working hours
An understanding and interest in working in a Live sports environment
Good knowledge of Internet Technologies
Being able to work to specific time deadlines and thinking on your feet
