As a Senior Rigger you will play a crucial role in bringing our characters and environments to life. Working closely with our animation and art teams, you will be responsible for creating high-quality rigs that meet the technical and artistic requirements of our projects. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting new titles and contribute your expertise to the development of groundbreaking games.

Key Duties Include

Develop complex character and prop rigs for use in animation.
Collaborate with animators and artists to ensure rigs meet the needs of the project.
Implement efficient rigging workflows and pipelines to streamline production processes.
Optimize rigs for performance and compatibility across various platforms.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior riggers, helping to develop their skills.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in rigging and animation techniques.
Requirements
Proficiency in rigging and skinning techniques using industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender).
Strong understanding of anatomy, deformation, and character movement principles.
Experience with scripting and automation tools for rigging tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Portfolio showcasing previous rigging work, with an emphasis on character rigs.
