Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate who is eager to work within the exciting world of YouTube content production. The successful candidate will be in charge of managing the production team and overseeing the smooth running of the original content channels in addition to project managing external brand contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest and knowledge of the YouTube community. Ideally with experience in content production, project and budget management.

The candidate will have a range of responsibilities including but not limited to the below:
• Managing a team of editors and producers
• Generating revenue off the back of original content production
• Assisting the sales team in securing production contracts
• Fostering and developing business relationships with clients and external production houses
• Managing multiple projects concurrently
• Delivering presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
• Initiating and running meetings with clients
• Working with the channel management team to identify areas of weakness within the performance of our YouTube channels and adjusting the content production strategy accordingly
• Providing strategic thinking regarding assigned projects, resulting in the identification and proposal of opportunities leading to increased ROI
• Coordinating projects between internal and external teams.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Management experience
• A motivated, self-starter that enjoys driving projects forward and has an excellent eye for detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively under pressure with team members, and functional divisions within a business.
• 8 years+ relevant senior management / project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective evaluation and communication of project/program results.
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, managing to deadlines and budgets.
• Degree educated
