We are looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic Receptionist/Office-IT Assistant to help us in the day to day running of our busy Television Production office.
The main function is to give general support, primarily in reception/admin/tech/camera kit areas.

The successful candidate needs to be a self-motivated individual who can hit the ground running with impeccable attention to detail.
They need to be flexible and able to adapt to different situations.

They will also have an excellent telephone manner, knowledge of MAC OS and IT packages - word, excel, power point, entourage, outlook et al.
A passion and understanding of computers with a tech mindset is a must.
They will work closely with our IT support company.

The position will see the ideal candidate progress towards assisting with in-house editing, therefore a good knowledge of Final Cut would definitely be an advantage.

Please note that this is an entry-level position, however related work experience in a similar role would be helpful.
