THE ROLE
A key client facing role as the face of GPS to ensure an efficient call service, reception area & a warm welcome for all clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress within a growing company so a keen interest in a career in post-production is vital

A few facts about the job:
- Entry level
- 40 hour week (Monday-Friday)
- Start Date TBC
- Salary dependent on experience


Duties
-To be the first point of contact for all calls & clients
-To ensure the reception area is presented to the highest standard
-Administration, monitoring and budget management for all petty cash
-To ensure all media that enters & leaves GPS is logged & dispatched correctly and efficiently (using Farmers Wife)

Key Responsibilities
-Maintaining GPS's FACT accreditation (through correct management of entry Passes & client sign in sheets)
-To ensure any new clients to GPS are greeted in a professional & friendly manner & given a brief orientation to the facility
-Stock control and maintenance of all office stationary
-Booking staff & client travel
-Delegating tasks from the production team to the hospitality & runner team and supervising accordingly

Applicants must:
-Be presentable and polite
-Have fantastic client-facing skills
-Have experience in a client facing/customer service role.
-Proactive, bright and quick thinking

Desirable:
- Reception experience
- TV experience (i.e. Runner)
- Experience using Farmers Wife
