We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join the Promotions Sales Strategy team as their Co-ordinator. This is a 4 month contract to cover maternity leave.

In this role you will assist in the pre-production of shoots; booking crew, studio facilities, locations, props, equipment, travel and hotel accommodation for film crews within budgetary guidelines. This role may involve occasional travel both within the UK and overseas when you're asked to assist on location shoots as Production Manager.

You will record and report all department expenditure and attend regular budget meetings with your manager and the Finance department. You will approve all invoices, process credit card expenses and oversee petty cash reconciliation.

In addition, you will maintain holiday and sickness records, and be aware of general Health and Safety standards to maintain safe working environments in the office, studios and on location as required.

You will also be required to help facilitate the Department's re-location to a new site in Chiswick Park.

To be successful you will need to have strong organisational, communication and numerical skills within a television or related environment. Have a working knowledge of TV production, and the ability to prioritise your own workload. You will have experience with financial and budget control and have advanced Word and Excel skills. We are looking for a motivated individual with a firm but fair can-do attitude to work in this fun yet demanding environment.
