There is now a unique and exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious Project Co-ordinator to join this growing agency.
This is a dynamic role with great opportunities to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

Production and Photography
Book bikes, couriers and taxis for production team
Co-ordinate travel and hotel bookings
Research locations
Occasional runner on shoots
Complete project expenses and jobsheets
Book freelancers, crew and kit
Forward invoices to Accounts team
Occasional phone 'sell-ins' to the media to pitch PR stories (training provided)

Marketing
Support promoting workshops and events through a series of email campaigns, online promotion and online research.
Support producing newsletter and daily upkeep of TNR social media channels.
Assisting Marketing Manager in event management
Prospecting potential clients and calling to set up meetings
Helping to prepare presentations/collateral
Customer relationship management (CRM)

General
Maintaining petty cash and liaising with accounts team
Ensure office and meeting rooms tidy
Answer phones and field calls

Essential skills
Highly organised and able to prioritize
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages (especially Word and Excel)
Strong written and verbal English
Good communication skills with an articulate manner
Excellent phone manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Energetic and enthusiastic with a good team spirit
Experience of working calmly under pressure and to deadline
Willingness to work flexible hours
