Job Title: Programme Services Administrator
Department Name: WB Intl TV Production
Location: Holborn, London
Reports to: Director, IP Management

Primary Purpose of the Job:
Tracking & full management of all broadcast tape, digital assets and support deliverables from ITVP internal producers and external producers.

Essential Job Functions:Expectation & tracking audit of all broadcast tape and deliverables (cue sheets, images, scripts etc) for programming from all internal WBITVP producers (TVPUK & Eyeworks)
Expectation & tracking audit of all broadcast tape and deliverables (cue sheets, images, scripts etc) for programming external producers. High level of tape knowledge on international standards required (M&E / textless elements etc)
Work with TVP International Production team on third party produced programming in production introducing the deliverable specification pre-production to ensure understanding of requirements and communicate where difficulties.
Ensuring all tape & deliverables are delivered in time and to the correct WBITVP specifications via QC methods with contacts, manage the redelivery & relationship with producer if failed.
·Manage the translation and/or subtitling of video content with a third party company and or scripts when missing and required by sales team.
System preparation of ingested materials via WB bespoke system 'Gator' working in collaboration with Director, IP Management, Content Systems Manager & Rights Executive on set up of IP on WB systems.
Company wide (Tech Ops / Mastering / ITD / ITVP) communication on the expectation, tracking and final sign off & delivery of all broadcast assets and deliverables.
Management of inventories stored in archive houses, movement tracking and fault resolution.
Manage a productive and healthy relationship with internal and external producers, WB Tech Ops (UK & US), WB Mastering (US) & post production labs (Technicolor & Bonded Services UK) for the cost effective yet speedy ingestion & QC of broadcast assets.
ITVP Format Sales & ITD Finished Sales screener delivery to external clients or internal producers (where requested by sales).
Support for ITVP Marketing / Creative & Development / CMS Manager on editing, clipping, encoding, transcoding digital assets for marketing & internal development/presentation purposes via Final Cut.
Tracking and compiling broadcasters standard technical delivery requirements keeping upto date with change in deliverables and issues arising from specific countries and producers.
Ensure internal producers are keeping an inventory on all assets and work towards this goal if they are not.
Point person at ITVP for all courier deliverables, wether tape or recorded delivery contracts.
Assist in ad-hoc projects within sales and any other group team where needed.


Selection Criteria

Relevant Previous Work ExperienceProven experience at previous media companies (production, broadcast or post production houses) with proven technical expertise in relation to broadcasting standards and digital file formats.

Skills RequiredIT Skills:
Apple MAC - Proficient on the OS of Apple. Advanced knowledge of Final Cut preferred.
PC (via Apple window) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
Bespoke - an ability to pick up third party systems.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person, by e-mail and on the telephone.
Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively.
Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
Must have the ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to work independently, and be proactive.
Must have a diplomatic, flexible approach and interpersonal skills.

Education/QualificationsIdeally educated to A Level or degree standard.
