We are looking for an experienced Production Secretary to work on the next televised program of The Royal Military Edinburgh Tattoo. You will be reporting to the Production Manager and supporting them in setting up and maintaining key production systems. Helping the PM in the preparation and distribution of production paperwork like schedules, crew lists and call-sheets. Responsible for booking of travel and accommodation across the series for the team and talent. Organising and updating accreditation, Support with setting up the production office on location. Knowledge of Silvermouse and Albert useful but not essential.

This is an Edinburgh-based production.
