Production Manager, EMEA

London

Position Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for the entire EMEA production process - with a particular focus on UK - across the EMEA region, including managing budget processes, approving schedules, overseeing project delivery, implementing cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
To manage the cost effective production of our International tours and apps across the full EMEA region, working as a key member of the EMEA management team to ensure delivery is on-time, on-budget and to the highest quality.
To monitor budgeting and scheduling across EMEA output, by rolling out and maintaining cost reporting processes
To evaluate current processes and tools and suggest new ones to ensure more effective and cost efficient project delivery
To roll out potential new online project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Unfuddle etc) that have been identified as offering greater efficiency across Creative, EMEA
To work with other departments within International, including Client Services, Finance and Tech, to ensure that all parties are fully appraised of potential issues with specific projects
To collaborate closely with producers and Finance department to budget, track and forecast project expenditure ensuring that line budgets are prepared and cost reports reviewed regularly and issues flagged
To work with Head of Global Studio and the Country Heads of Creative, EMEA to create a formal sign off process to ensure quality control across EMEA Creative
To work with the Creative Director, EMEA to calculate and make adjustments to head count on the basis of anticipated revenue and ongoing company requirements
To work with the Country Heads of Creative across the EMEA region to provide major sales and migration costings
To work with the Head of Global Studio and the Country Heads of Creative to ensure that schedules take account of all project requirements
To develop and roll out new processes which will accommodate the introduction of the new Antenna IRIS player as well as our new Publisher
Where appropriate, to work with Experience Designer, Product Development department and Senior Creative Management team to cost out potential new products so that they can be rolled out globally by Sales
To take responsibility for setting and negotiating rates for all major supplier contracts, e.g. outsourcing of all language work to a third party
To research the possibility of outsourcing all translation work to a Third Party
To work with and refine the existing rate-card to provide realistic and competitive costings to the Sales Department for new business opportunities
To drive down costs across Creative and to implement new processes to achieve cost cutting and price creative products more competitively
Other ad-hoc duties as necessary

Requirements:
Proven experience in working in a complex multimedia production environment
Proven experience in streamlining processes to increase efficiency in production
Willingness to train on new technical and creative processes
Demonstrable excellent planning, organisational and communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
Ability to handle multiple projects at once with careful attention to detail and follow through to completion under supervision, effectively managing problems and meeting deadlines.
Good degree in a relevant subject
Fluency in English is a requirement
Strong analytical skills, high level of numeracy and budget management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to operate with a sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
Flexibility and willingness for irregular working hours, including occasional weekend or evening work
Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel and Project skills
Energetic, positive mind set and keen to see and facilitate the Company's success at all levels
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
