We are currently looking for a Production Manager to join their expanding department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the yearly production budget.
• Provide budgets for new business.
• Prepare and raise monthly client invoices.
• Manage the Health and Safety for production making sure staff training and documents are up to date.
• Oversee the commentary budgets and booking of commentators.
• Oversee the monthly payment run for both freelancers and Production staff.
• Manage the coordination of Live OB events in the UK and abroad.
• Sign off on call sheets and Risk assessments for location shoots and OB events.
• Act as the go between with Production team Managers and HR
• Prepare Freelance contracts
• Negotiate rates with new freelancers
• Clearing copy write material when required.
