Job Description

Video Production Manager -

Our ideal candidate will be someone who will own, champion and manage video projects from start to finish for our fast growing brand film business.

Key position requirements include:

• Evidence of successfully managing all the necessary budgetary, planning and logistical documents necessary to the successful delivery of sometimes complex event, advertising and corporate video work.
• Having experience managing the production process from start to finish and being a proactive, enthusiastic and delivery oriented project leader reporting to directly to the Director of film and video.
• Actively building & sustaining key stakeholder relationships, taking ownership of project delivery.
• Regularly assessing progress of ongoing projects and client satisfaction with delivered results to date.
• Reporting twice weekly on project deliverables including progress against milestones, budget, resources, risks & issues and take action to mitigate any threats to success.
• A strong understanding of the video production process from pre-production, planning, budgeting, location shooting, to editing, graphics, animation and compositing.

To be considered for this role you should:

· Be highly organised and motivated
· Be willing to travel occasionally (including abroad), full driver's licence required
· Have had either: broadcast, video production, marketing or branding experience
· Be able to demonstrate the ability to service clients and build strong relationships with senior management in related companies
· Have the ability and illing to work to stringent financial targets, and sometimes exacting deadlines
· Be capable of negotiating and drive down costs with suppliers and agents
· Work well under pressure and happy to be accountable for all decisions and outcomes of decisions
· Excellent communication skills are a must.

Salary: Competitive & subject to experience

Start date: Immediate
