We are looking for an in-house Production Manager to work within a well-established production team and liaise directly with clients to deliver outstanding and distinctive online content.

This role will require you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, whilst scheduling, monitoring and supporting all production staff involved in each project from script writers through to editors, and coordinating all technical resources.

Whilst you will deal with all logistical matters relating to each production, you will also lead the creative discussions, taking the brief from the client and seeing each video through from concept to client approval.

You will have decision making authority and be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the productions.

Usual working hours are 0900 to 1730, Monday to Friday.

The Person
You will need to demonstrate proven experience in a production support role and have excellent knowledge of the production process including post-production.

Candidates will need to be highly organised, have strong communication skills and be a team player with good initiative and problem solving skills.

You will be proficient at multi-tasking whilst still ensuring urgency is sustained and deadlines and budgets of every project are met.

You will also have an in depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and a good understanding of the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere.
