Start date: 24th April for 6 months (with a view to extend)

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our friendly team. We are currently producing an exciting new, high profile science led constructed documentary series for a global provider.

We are looking for a responsible person who has experience of child licensing & DBS checks and is comfortable processing a number of applications.

Additionally, you will be working across multiple elements of the production, possess a flexible attitude and will be keen to advance your skills. You must be very experienced at setting up multiple location filming days each week and be a great team player.

Ideally you will have dealt with US broadcasters/networks, and have a knowledge and understanding of post-production processes and paperwork deliverables, a prior knowledge of PMI is desirable (but training will be provided)

You must have excellent organisational and admin skills, possess strong data management/ IT skills within a production framework; experience of keeping systems updated (Inc. contacts, release form logs, tape log etc.) and have a strong track record of reconciling floats & petty cash.
