Start date: 24th April for 6 months (with a view to extend)We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our friendly team. We are currently producing an exciting new, high profile science led constructed documentary series for a global provider. We are looking for a responsible person who has experience of child licensing & DBS checks and is comfortable processing a number of applications. Additionally, you will be working across multiple elements of the production, possess a flexible attitude and will be keen to advance your skills. You must be very experienced at setting up multiple location filming days each week and be a great team player. Ideally you will have dealt with US broadcasters/networks, and have a knowledge and understanding of post-production processes and paperwork deliverables, a prior knowledge of PMI is desirable (but training will be provided)You must have excellent organisational and admin skills, possess strong data management/ IT skills within a production framework; experience of keeping systems updated (Inc. contacts, release form logs, tape log etc.) and have a strong track record of reconciling floats & petty cash.
