Position: Production CoordinatorExperience: Graduate with 2+ year's professional experienceAccount: Multiple AccountsLocation: LondonSalary: tbdROLE OVERVIEW A dynamic Production Coordinator who excels in the organization of film production. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating key pre-production assignments, on-site filming coordination and post production wrap up. Role Responsibilities Pre -productionDirect report to Creative Director (CD)Co-ordinating script and storyboard updatesScheduling meetings with production team / contact reportsLiaising with talent co-ordinators for shoot daysBook accommodation, travel and arrange crew meals/dinnersCreate, update and distribute call sheetsInvestigate location permissions and permits. Obtain permissions as required.Obtain props, clothing and equipment as requiredPrepare quotes for pre-production costs above, obtain approval and raise PO's. Role Responsibilities On set / locationRunner / driver for production crew (producer, director, lead photographer as required)Script / interview updates and circulation to production teamAssisting with movement of kit and equipmentCrew lunchesUpdate and distribute shooting schedulesEnsure right people in right location right time (stage Manager role) inc. topline briefingsRelaying messages between units if multi crew shootRole Responsibilities Post -productionSettle all on location accommodation and per diems bills as requiredResolve any accommodation, travel etc disputes efficiently and professionally with sound judgmentBuild, organise and maintain project content libraryForward edits to clients for approval (after review by Creative Director)Consolidate feedback and report to CDOutput final edits to DVD as requiredCreate professional CD covers and packagingPrevious ExperienceTV, online film content of film productions as Production Assistant, Production Manager or Production Co-ordinatorAdditional skills sought and advantageous but not essential.Sports industry production experienceScript writing and / or journalismPassion for popular sportsIllustration and design skills (adobe indesign, photoshop or illustrator)Hand illustration / storyboard skillsLocation sourcing, story researcher experienceAny technical experience on shoot (lighting, dolly, camera enthusiast)
