ROLE OVERVIEW
A dynamic Production Coordinator who excels in the organization of film production. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating key pre-production assignments, on-site filming coordination and post production wrap up.

Role Responsibilities Pre -production
Direct report to Creative Director (CD)
Co-ordinating script and storyboard updates
Scheduling meetings with production team / contact reports
Liaising with talent co-ordinators for shoot days
Book accommodation, travel and arrange crew meals/dinners
Create, update and distribute call sheets
Investigate location permissions and permits. Obtain permissions as required.
Obtain props, clothing and equipment as required
Prepare quotes for pre-production costs above, obtain approval and raise PO's.

Role Responsibilities On set / location
Runner / driver for production crew (producer, director, lead photographer as required)
Script / interview updates and circulation to production team
Assisting with movement of kit and equipment
Crew lunches
Update and distribute shooting schedules
Ensure right people in right location right time (stage Manager role) inc. topline briefings
Relaying messages between units if multi crew shoot

Role Responsibilities Post -production
Settle all on location accommodation and per diems bills as required
Resolve any accommodation, travel etc disputes efficiently and professionally with sound judgment
Build, organise and maintain project content library
Forward edits to clients for approval (after review by Creative Director)
Consolidate feedback and report to CD
Output final edits to DVD as required
Create professional CD covers and packaging

Previous Experience
TV, online film content of film productions as Production Assistant, Production Manager or Production Co-ordinator

Additional skills sought and advantageous but not essential.

Sports industry production experience
Script writing and / or journalism
Passion for popular sports
Illustration and design skills (adobe indesign, photoshop or illustrator)
Hand illustration / storyboard skills
Location sourcing, story researcher experience
Any technical experience on shoot (lighting, dolly, camera enthusiast)
