Job Summary:

Box Plus' Production Co-ordinator will provide vital administrative support to our production teams, ensuring that all productions run smoothly.

Box Plus is the UK's biggest music video network. We run a portfolio of music TV brands; The Box, 4Music, Kiss, Kerrang! & Magic, alongside a suite of digital products; the Box Plus website & app and BeBoxMusic.com. We have a small but growing international distribution network and have a vibrant in-house production team that directly creates content for our channels and network of digital platforms incl. social media and syndicated feeds.

Main Responsibilities, Activities And Key Deliverables

The Production Coordinator role works across our brands & platforms organising and ensuring the smooth running of complicated, fast turnaround productions and all the associated logistics.

As well as running numerous daily shoots across editorial, commercial and digital teams, the role also involves liaising with agents to book presenters for a wide variety of shoots; live shows, access pieces and junkets. Booking and managing of a weekly V/O schedule and ensuring all artists are contracted will also be required.

This role is admin heavy and you will be responsible for finding and engaging an array of freelance crew, contractors and suppliers through the channels' internal systems, ensuring all necessary paperwork and approvals are completed.

The position involves outstanding organisation, laser-focused attention to detail & a very calm head under pressure.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Experience

Demonstrable experience organising and ensuring the smooth running of complicated, fast turnaround shoots and all the associated logistics, including on location.

Highly numerate, with a good knowledge of budgets and Excel.

Knowledge of industry rates across a broad range of suppliers.

Organised with an excellent eye for detail

Able to self-prioritise & to work as part of a cross-functional team
