Job Description

An ambitious and dynamic Post Production house in Soho is on the lookout for a hardworking, proactive and client facing Post Production Assistant.

Must have experience working in a Post Production environment.

Key Post Production Assistant Duties:

• Assisting producers at their request
• Answering phones and taking detailed messages regarding to jobs
• Allowing clients into the building possibly holding them in the client area whilst waiting until the operator is ready (with discretion)
• Escorting them to suites, offering refreshments
• Some data inputting and helping out with billing
• Covering for individual producers when they are in meetings or out of the building
• Logging media onto the database when it arrives, taking responsibility for where it ends up!

The role is temporary initially but has the potential to go permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry Post Production Assistant to build on their exciting career within the TV industry!
