We are seeking a talented and experienced Producer to join our team. You will be able to pick up and lead on projects working with the client and our in house team to deliver first class work. It is a creative as well as an organisational role.

Our aim is to tell powerful human stories and make world changing films that engage and entertain our target audiences.

Duties:
- Manage the entire production process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources
- Collaborate with writers, directors, and other team members to develop creative concepts and ideas
- Conduct research and gather information for content development
- Coordinate and supervise production crews during shoots
- Oversee post-production activities, including video editing and sound mixing
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Driving license is essential.

Experience:
- Experience in producing but also a desire to grow creatively,
- writing up pitches, proposal and treatments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere for video editing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
