As a Post Production Coordinator, you will work within our Production department, planning and scheduling the delivery of content. We are looking to recruit an individual who is sports-enthusiastic and highly motivated looking for the next step in a post production and new media environment. Your role will be to assist the Post Production Planner in the day to day running of the department, including organising the daily workflow for the Edit Assistants, Assistant Producers and Video Editors. This will include the putting together of rota schedules for the team, right through to ensuring content is delivered and published to our partners. These clients include the Premier League, ATP, WTA, ECB, FIBA, PDC and Premiership Rugby TV. This role will also involve cutting and editing of video highlights, so a knowledge and previous experience of editing systems is an advantage. The role will require you to assist with the scheduling of AVID allocations, crewing of shoots, creating call sheets, also help with petty cash distribution and reconciliation and completing any other general administration duties.The role will require some travel as you will be assisting on shoots where necessary, therefore you must be able to travel at short notice and need to be a car owner/driver. Due to the nature of our business there will also be some weekend work involved.This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain first-hand experience within Sports Media Production and to work within a top 10 listed NMA company.The role is full time, based in our head office in Feltham.Experience/Skills• Coordinate and plan the delivery of content alongside Post Production Planner and Content Managers• Assist in AVID and rota planning • Knowledge of ScheduALL is an advantage although training will be given• Monitor rights guidelines for the post production team• Address day-to-day partner issues and communicate problems that may arise• Quality checking content• Produce export sheets for project deliverables• Event planning• Assist in the booking of freelance staff• Write up and send out call sheets to the relevant members of the team• Constantly strive to improve company performance and processes• Improving the reliability and robustness of all deliverables• Projects delivered on time and to client satisfaction• Ensure that all production issues are resolved in accordance with internal or external SLA's• Ensure that testing and quality assurance procedures are adhered to• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a time constrained and high-pressure atmosphere• Editing video highlights and packages via AVID based editing suite• Launching content to websites• Logging incoming content and sourcing footage • Any other reasonable duties
