Picture Researcher - DayBreak & Lorraine

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our ITV Breakfast Library Archive team as a Picture Researcher.

You will provide support to our Library Archive Manager in effectively managing the Daybreak and Lorraine Digital Archive department. You will be obtaining and advising Producers on available footage, dealing with internal and external sales requests across our various platforms. You will be setting up and producing stock shots, including logging rushes and making sure they are available in AVID.

You will already have some experience of working within a TV, Film or Press environment and be familiar with using the internet as a research tool as your be regularly researching and liaising with external picture and video archive.

Working under pressure is key, remaining client focused at all times and having the ability to prioritise, problem solve and be a great communicator. You will be a lateral thinker who can come up with solutions to challenging briefs. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, and will not be fazed by working to very tight deadlines.

You will also have a flexible approach, as you will be working to a varying, rota based shift pattern which will include, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
