We are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Personal Assistant, with the skills and potential to grow into an Office Manager role. We are looking for someone with at least one to two years experience, ideally working for a small/medium company, used to multitasking and juggling people and projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, IT-literate (MAC), with a confident phone manner, experience of booking travel, maintaining multiple diaries, able to respond to deadlines, and comfortable working both autonomously and for multiple department heads. Production/media experience not required. The candidate should be Glasgow based and ideally available for an immediate start (although August-start will be considered).
