You will provide full support to the Office and production staff. You will undertake general office duties including using Photoshop to create treatments, emails, creating logs and spreadsheets, keeping office stationary and kitchen stocked, taking messages, photocopying, responding to correspondence, filing, making and collecting local building deliveries inc. urgent mail/packages etc. Booking of couriers, cars and bikes. All logging of drives and tapes. You will also act as a first point of contact for a range of both internal and external Staff, callers and visitors including escorting them to and from reception, and providing beverages.You will ideally have previous office experience, however this is not necessary. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a number of software packages including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop and Final Draft and will posses good interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must require excellent telephone skills, effective time management, organisational skills and the initiative to work both independently and as part of a team.
