At Emmerdale, we are always on the look out for experienced Locations Assistants to help us on a short-term basis to cover our busiest periods.

Ideally, we require someone with experience in order to assist our very busy Locations Department with all our production locations.

As you will already have some experience in this role, we don't need to explain that you will be working long hours over concentrated periods of time - the Locations Assistant is the first to arrive at the Location to deal with all the logistics of parking up production vehicles; ensuring the smooth running of the production that day with regard to access to all the areas required for shooting scenes that day - plus all the associated paperwork. You'll also be the last to leave after the unit has despatched.

You'll need to demonstrate your interest and experience in Locations and will have a strong work ethic. You'll be able to work successfully as part of a team as well as working alone. You will be self-motivated, a strong communicator; negotiator and totally solution based when faced with a variety of unforeseen challenges over a production day.
