Minicams, the fixed rig reality specialists are looking for a Kit Room Technician / Warehouse Technician to join their team & work on a variety of fixed-rig projects on a fixed term contract.

Responsibilities will include:
- Keeping kit inventory up to date
- Working with technical crew to build and prepare systems.
- Advising clients regarding equipment options and suggesting solutions.
- Testing and repairing equipment
- Producing job sheets / delivery notes.
- Collecting and delivering equipment to location
- Liaising with the Production staff on schedules & logistics for each project.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Technical knowledge of vision, audio and ingest equipment with a keen interest in new systems, cameras and technology.
- Particular knowledge of PTZ, minicams and specialist cameras would be an advantage.
- A desire to develop & grow the company's business by suggesting new systems and equipment.
- Clean driving licence

Reporting to: Managing Director
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
Place of work: The role is based in Staines but some work on location may be required from time to time
Hours of work: 40h / week. Monday to Friday 0900-1730 (with 30 lunch break).
You may be required to work from location / weekends when necessary.
Holiday Allowance: 20 days per year from 1st January to 31st December + bank holidays.
