Position Summary
To provide a timely and efficient production service for local advertising customers and health club partners

Responsibilities
• Manage own workload of production as assigned by the Production Manager ensuring you remain within the production communication guidelines and timeframes.

• Liaise with local advertising customers to agree a production brief and procure necessary artwork and graphics

• Work with health club partners to create briefs and storyboards as required for the creation of internal promotional videos

• Design and produce relevant and high quality video advertising content (with or without audio as appropriate) which meets with the creative requirements of the client and brand standards of both the client and Zoom Media.

• Knowledge of Adobe After-Effects, Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Design and produce universal advertising templates for a variety of business categories, using both motion graphics and static graphics

• Ensure that information within Zoom Media's job management system is kept up-to-date with production progress at all times

• Chase progress as required for provision of creative elements by advertising and health club customers to ensure timely delivery of advertisement content

• Manage approval and proofing of content by advertising and health club customers
