JUNIOR MOTION DESIGNER

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
HOW NOW Creative is currently seeking a dynamic, creative Junior Motion Designer to join our team. You will be designing and creating motion graphics, researching, proof of concept design and other graphics based material for our high profile clients.
You will have a range of experience in design, motion graphics and compositing and will have experience working on a multitude of projects.
You will report to our Head of Graphics and work closely with Creatives, Directors and Producers. You will be able to interpret client feedback, work to deadlines and within budget.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be responsible for a range of graphics including design, layout, animation and compositing.
You will bring exceptional creative thinking to the role.
Observe schedule requirements and delivery deadlines.
Exercise a superior eye for composition, colour and fonts.
Act calm under pressure in a team-orientated environment.
Multi-task, prioritise and problem solve.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Extensive experience in After Effects including plug-ins.
Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills essential.
Experience with Cinema 4D would be useful but not essential.
Strong understanding of Mac OS systems.
Comfortable with the technical and artistic elements of the job.
Appropriate workflow and organisational skills.
At least 1 year experience. Exceptional graduates considered.
